We are based in Fethiye town, close to the resorts of Calis, Ovacik, Oludeniz, Hisaronu, Gocek and the country town of Uzumlu, thereby, offering a locally based service to any interested parties. 

Although a fairly new company of 6 years, we have a mixture of English and Turkish staff. Our manager has over years estate agency experience, mostly in England with both corporate estate agency background (Black Horse Agencies) and independent estate agency experience.

We know that buying a property abroad is worrying and therefore, customer service is extremely important. We believe in keeping our clients regularly updated, by either email or fax especially if they have bought a property off plan or one which is not complete at time of purchase.

We send buyers of properties under development, updates to include freshly taken photographs, ideally every two or so, weeks, so they can see their property growing, prior to making their scheduled payments.

For all our purchasers, we are happy to answer any questions they may have and help them from start to finish with whatever they require.

Our staff, are, friendly, professional and helpful with a keen desire to see all our clients, happy in their new homes, after all, we live here too.
