There will be five villa’s in the complex.

Each villa will have a boundary wall, landscaped garden, 24m2 pool, off road gated hard standing for a car and be set on a land plot of approx 500m2.

Option 1.  The two bedroom option would have two well sized double bedrooms, three bathrooms, L shaped living area and kitchen/diner

The first floor offers two double bedrooms in excess of 15m2, each with en-suite bath/ shower room the latter of which would have fully tiled walls, plus a family bathroom.  The three bed option has one family bathroom.

Air conditioning will be installed if the three bed option is taken up, there will be a total of four units, if the two bed option is chosen then there will be a total of three units.

Area information.

Semi rural, 3km to Koycegiz town centre with it’s restaurants, shops and bars plus of course, the lake itself.  There is however a mini-market 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the development.   The local bus service runs nearby.   Transfer from Dalaman airport, by car, would take around 30minutes.
