Uzumlu Note: There are plans for construction of a cement producing factory in this area and any prospective purchasers should check the advancement of the plans, prior to viewing property in the area. There is much local opposition to this proposal, however as of January 2008, plans are under approval although, being disputed. JULY 2008 We have been informed by a local builder that the plans have now been rejected, however, this is not an official announcement and would need to be checked for validity prior to proceeding to a purchase in this area. However, as of September 2008 a legal objection is still pending.
